I am looking for a way to pay my balance at school. I have a $12000, balance and the university will

and the univeristy will not release my degree to me. I need it to get a job. Forget a loan company, my credit is bad.

I am looking for a way to pay my balance at school. I have a $12000, balance and the university will not rele?

Speak to the Dean, and explain your situation. A letter would also help explain how serious the situation is. Make a payment agreement with the school and stick to it, honor your word. Schools are there to help not hinder.

Credit reports?

I am currently with truecredit.com where I can see my credit info all the time. I do pay for it but I've been reading ALOT of bad reviews on them lately like how they'll cancel your membership if you view your report too often but what really worries me is I have read about how they pretty much make up their own credit scores. Where people will check their scores at truecredit.com and then go to get a loan or something and their score is 20-100 points lower then what true credit said it was. I dont mind paying to see my report whenever I want but I am looking for a site that is accurate and trustworthy where I can view my info whenever preferably something that is recognized by the government and the bbb. Can anyone help me out?

Credit reports?

even though some one gave him a thumbs down Number 1 was right with what he said. A good reason for you to get a different result is that there are three major credit bureaus and they will never be the same. so you are checking one and then you get it from another one and there is going to be a difference

Credit reports?

any time you check your credit....to apply for credit, or just check....it counts as if you were opening an account. your credit score can suffer and cause you to not get credit that you want (car loan...) because you have %26quot;too many inquiries%26quot;. Even 'just checking' counts as an inquiry.

Credit reports?

There are alot of services like that. The reason they stop you from pulling your credit alot is people do it to move recent inquires from there credit its called bumping. I dont know what your trying to do excatly but I use http://www.creditreport.com and have used this site to check all the laws, rules and site reccomendations http://www.creditinfocenter.com Please remember that people by nature stretch the truth alot and if what you said was in fact 100% true that company would be shut down by now as thats a very seriuos crime. You will also find that each credit company has a site that does the same thing http://www.equifax.com Hope this helps. THE CREDIT pulls you do at truecredit are called soft inquiries and are not counted %26amp; only seen by you .

Credit reports?

I always check my credit report once a year at www.annualcreditreport.com

It is free (only once per year), it does not show your score unless you pay extra for it, and it does not affect your credit/score at all by checking it.

Okay I'm in need of real answers and no more dumb run arounds?

I'm a single mother who has a 17 year old daughter and really need to get a loan for $8,500 and yes I have bad credit due to divorce etc. recently my daughter got mixed up with the wrong guy and I really need to relocate to get her away from him for good and in order for me to accomplish this I need financial help not a run around or to be scammed by idiots that should not have access to this site or any others, so if you have any souind advice please help, also i have no bank account so the sites who offer short term loans deposited into your account will not help! Thank you

Okay I'm in need of real answers and no more dumb run arounds?

honestly. good luck with that one. if you have no bank account then that's really gonna hamper your position. you'll be hard pressed to find ANY lender to hand you a check for 85 hun with no (job?) or bank account.

but how about simply getting a restraining order against the guy? now if you say..i can't because my daughter is the problem..well guess what..if SHE VIOLATES THAT ORDER SHE ALSO GOES TO JAIL. so perhaps that would do the trick

how do i know this? my mother is a detective for the city of san jose, cal.

Okay I'm in need of real answers and no more dumb run arounds?

Tough situation!!... unfortunately, I don't really know what to tell you. I'm sure you want to move your daughter ASAP... with her dad?.... I don't know what he's like, but if he lives reasonably far away and would be ok with your daughter (some dads aren't), that might be an option.

Are there any other family members that would be willing to help... let her stay with them till you find another more permanent situation?

Financially, I have friend who's going through the same thing- her husband isn't the best wth money, and so she's trying to help him develop some self dsicipline, and get them out of all the debt they have. Luckily, they don't have kids yet, but I can easily see how kids would make things harder for them....

Okay I'm in need of real answers and no more dumb run arounds?

try http://www.AmOne.com

Okay I'm in need of real answers and no more dumb run arounds?

Find the nearest woman's shelter and talk to them. The ADVICE they can give will help more than a loan. They may even be able to help you financially.

Okay I'm in need of real answers and no more dumb run arounds?

If you have bad credit, you pretty much SOL...... You would need a bank account so they can make sure you have some type of responsible history.....You pretty much can ditch the idea of gettin a loan, unless you get someone to help you under the table.............next time try and keep your credit clean, and you wouldnt be in this type of mess

Rebuilding credit after selling a home?

A few months ago, I was in a predicament where my mortgage rate shot up and I was unable to pay. I scraped and saved and made my payment for a couple of months but had to sacrifice other payments (condo assessment, etc). I finally had some luck and was able to find a buyer for my place and sold (even though I sold at a loss). I'm finally free of the bad mortgage and have become current with my other payments (i have a personal loan as well).

The thing now is that I found that my credit card limit got slashed due to the late payments earlier. i've resolved to make things better but how long will it take? I'd like to buy a car soon and fear that I'll get rejected. I wanted to buy something nice but now I guess I'll go for a nice but used car instead.

Can my credit score go up in 6 months? I'm hoping for any improvement.

Rebuilding credit after selling a home?

I would definitely contest negatives in your report, but first, get a subscription to a credit monitoring service where you can check all 3 reports. It wont do any good to try making repairs unless you can see your credit report.

Your free to check your credit as often as you want to without damaging your score! I used the site below and got help from here to clean up my credit reports and boost my score from 485 to 720 in a little over a year!

You will see a sponsored link here from Lexington Law Firm. these guys are really good and helped me get my score up by 140 points out of 235 LEGALLY! They delivered what was promised and I stayed involved in my case which made it easier and faster!

Rebuilding credit after selling a home?

Yes, it can go up much sooner than 6 months. Have you read up on those tradeline programs where you are added as an authorized user for a fee? I did that and got a 95 point bump. Check out the free evaluation form at www.totaldebtsolutionsllc.com They offer credit repair options through their affiliates that range in price from $20 to $1995.

Are There Loan Lender Scammers Around??? How Do They Money Money?

I keep seeing a guy posting ads offering loans to %26quot;all categories of people, firms...%26quot; and to almost %26quot;any part of the world....bad credit OK.....at low interest rate%26quot;.....

I wonder could this be a scam? I'm in bad need of money and need loans and this ad sounds appealing, but could it be a scam??

what if they're terrorists' fund or other black money and I got loans from them not knowing their illegal , but anyway I pay off the debt , will I get involved in their crime??

will I be sued??

I don't have bad credit history(actually have no credit history) but have no house to get mortgage too. that's why I resort to this kind of lenders. Could they be scammers? If so, how do they make money?? Or they may just be black money fund?

Are There Loan Lender Scammers Around??? How Do They Money Money?

most of the folks want up front money and either do not delivery on the loan or their terms are so outrages that no one will accept them but they keep you up front money or they could be be trying to get information from you that will allow them to tap into your accounts -- suggest you get to know your local bank loan officer and see him for your needs!!!

Are There Loan Lender Scammers Around??? How Do They Money Money?

Hi,

Most of the scammers or small timers who will collect some upfront money in the name of processing fee and run away with it. You should avail of any loan through reputed lenders. You can visit http://webmoneymanager.info for some useful tips and info on obtaining a loan. Good luck!

Are There Loan Lender Scammers Around??? How Do They Money Money?

I don't think you have to worry about funding terrorists.

Many of these %26quot;too good to be true%26quot; deals are just that. They ask for up front fees for a bond or something. You pay, and oh gee, you don't qualify. Some are just looking to collect your personal info.

Most of the actual loans are extremely high interest rates. Folks with bad credit are considered high risks. That means high interest.

Instead of trying to create more debt, look to ways of paying off your debt. Decrease your spending and increase income.

Make a strict budget. Eliminate the extras -- cell phone, eating out, premium cable and internet, etc. Put every penny you can squeeze out of that budget on the highest interest rate debt, while paying minimums on the rest. When the highest rate is paid off, move to the next, till they are all paid off.

Bring in more money by getting a second job (pizza delivery is flexible hours), have a garage sale, mow lawns, etc.

It's possible to pay off your debt in 2 or 3 years if you work at it. Plus you will built yourself a good payment history.

Are There Loan Lender Scammers Around??? How Do They Money Money?

Of course there are scammers, and most of them try to look legit. The best thing you can do is to look in your own area, the yellow pages of your city. Get the feel, and ask free questions.

The worst place is in my opinion the internet. You don't know who is asking for up front money, you personal information, like your SSN, and your credit history. Many sad stories of sending in $500 with an application, and they don't even ask you normal questions like where is the property located.

Be ware of smoke and mirror rates, too: They will advertise low rates, and then switch you to higher rates because you don't qualify---and of course never will. And for Pete's sake, don't get a loan that you NEVER actually pay down the principle: you will pay forever, until it eats you up.

How do they make money: First if they are NOT legit, they keep your application money, and you don't get anything, or ever here from them again.

If they are legit, they get commissions from the company they work for, based on closing your loan.

Hint: if you have no history, then put together $1000 in a savings account. (I know: I heard you don't have money, and need to borrow). Then borrow $1000 against that (called a secured loan). Pay that back over a years time and presto, you have a history of being on time.

How can I get a easy loan with no transfer fees?

First I will say I already tried Prosper.com they said my credit is too low.

I have tried to get a loan online but found out it was a scam so am not with giving transfer fees even if I had it.

I don't mind giving any information about me inculding a pic of me! Am not going to steal. And will pay back.

I do have bad credit that is getting a little better by me paying it off I had to use it to the max not for clothes and jewley...I wish but for college at the time because my money came late.

So no transfer fees and with bad credit does anyone know of anyone?

How can I get a easy loan with no transfer fees?

if you go into the bank and explain why you maxxed out they may be more forgiving at the bank. but if you dont have your credit rating cleaned up chances are you wont get a loan for a while. as for the transfer fees they are usually pretty negotiable with banks.

How can I get a easy loan with no transfer fees?

Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get your problem solved on%26lt;!--bad credit, you must know to how to confront it. Of course, Even if you have bad credit, you can get loans. Many factors can contribute to someone getting a %26quot;bad credit%26quot; rating, among these are non-payment of an account or late payments over an extended length of time.

http://badcredits.awardspace.com/

You may find want you want. You can easily be labelled as a bad credit risk by financial companies. This can make it more difficult to--%26gt;arrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.

How can I get a easy loan with no transfer fees?

Good Luck on this, I too am looking for the same thing. If you find someplace that works, would you please let me know?

Tnak you so much %26amp; I wish you the best of luck
