You cant get more credit to pay off old credit. Get a job and start paying it off gradually. Nobody is going to give you a loan to pay off other loans and then you will end up defaulting on this loan.

Nothing but time will fix the situation. But, after you prove that you are responsible consistently for a couple years you can start rebuilding your credit. It is a long tough road but worth it also. how old is the debt. if it is 4 or more years old...leave it be. it will fall off after 3 more years. if it is under 3 years...you should start to pay it.
