My husband and I are looking for someone to finance a used mobile home on 5 acres. We have bad credit because we have no credit. Our bank will only loan maybe 80%. Does anyone know of a mortgage company that could help us?
P. S. We are in Arkansas .

it will depend on the age of the mobile home. Most lenders wont lend money on a home older than 5 years.
I think 80 percent is about the best you can hope to get unless the underlying land is very very valuable. Got oil?:)
