SATURN.... THEY CAN FINANCE ANYONE... GET A BASE MODEL ION FOR 12K WONT HAVE EXTRA'S BUT THEY ARE GREAT ON GAS AND EASILY FINANCED BANKS LOVE SATURN FOR SOME REASON!

Unfortunately, you won't find any cheap sources of loans if your credit is bad. Depending on how bad it is, you may be able to find a source that will loan to you, but charge you a very high interest rate and require a large down payment. Here's an article with some more details:
