As long as you are young. Yes, you will be able to get a college/education loan at a pretty decent interest rate. The reason? No matter what, you will always owe them money. File for Chapter 11; file for Chapter 13; file for Chapter 7...as long as you are still breathing, nothing you do will wipe away the money that you owe them.

If they think that the loan will help you increase your earning potential...you will get the loan.
